About Julia Erickson

My passion is to inspire people to live fully. I believe each human is a treasure trove of potential, strength, and beauty. A woman’s capability to shape herself and her life is limitless. The key is to never settle; always grow, expand, and refine.
After graduating from Harvard University fluent in Russian and working in international banking, I decided to create a family. Mothering was fertile ground to grow and experience new parts of myself and life. Yet, it was not the final destination for myself as a woman.
With that I embarked on a personal journey building a path toward extraordinary well being for myself. However, this path not only impacted me, but my family, daughters, and women around me. The process led me to study women's health with Aviva Romm and women's development at the School of Womanly Arts and The Academy. In addition, I worked with many health and healing modalities which addressed the spirit, body, and mind. What I uncovered is that the degree to which a woman loves and values herself is directly connected to her experience and impact in the world around her. With that, I began teaching women how to live into their legend and the practice of caring for their body, soul, mind, and sensual nature.
Outside of my passion for children and wellness, I love spending time gardening, exploring Manhattan, and with friends.
