The class will begin with a short meditation to prepare us to listen and be in tune with our bodies. There will be six progressive workouts a week given in the studio and available online for those who can't be in the studio. Workouts will target multiple muscle groups for strength and fat burning. The rower will be used as well as mat exercises. All movements are scaleable to be easier or harder depending on your starting fitness level. Each class will end with a time to soak in the energy you have created in the workout and time to reflect. Studio workouts are 1 hour. They can be done in 30 minutes for those that need to exit early.
Elevate begins Monday, September 11. Elevate workout sessions will be held at 7:00am in Madison, NJ. Elevate program sessions to be announced.

No, everything is provided
What if I can't come to the Madison studio or miss a session?
All the workouts will be recorded for you to access for 24 hours. Additional sessions covering nutrition, goal setting, and weekly challenges will be recorded. All workouts can be done without any props or additional equipment .
