What to expect the first session?
The first session I will take your medical and dietary history. We will go over any test results you have provided and your current diet and lifestyle. We will then examine your goals and work together to create a doable plan to achieve your goals. You will leave with a detailed action and eating plan. We will schedule your follow up session for 2-3 weeks later with email and text support available in the meantime for questions and guidance.
What do I need to do before our first session?
For your first session at the minimum bring a record of your eating over the 4-7 days prior to our session. Any and all relevant medical testing and results as well as other information you have about your health and body can be brought to the session or submitted through your HIPA compliant client portal.
How many sessions are typical?
Expect to have at least two sessions. After that the number of sessions is dependent on the scope and pace of achieving your goals as well as your own desires. We will discuss your desired level of support during our first session.
