It's All About Skin Julia will introduce an effective skin care routine for your face and body addressing important hormonal, genetic, and age related concerns. She will also share her experience and perspective on what treatments in spa medicine and plastic surgery work.
Sleep Julia will delve into the keys of getting good regular sleep. She will address insomnia, hot flashes as well as preparing yourself to sleep. Julia will help you develop a fail proof sleep routine. She will explain why sleep is important and special concerns related to youthening.
Movement of Youthening Julia will introduce you to the Tibetan Longevity Rites. She will share how integrating different forms of movement has kept her young. Julia will guide you to create a varied fitness lifestyle that is flexible, interesting, and easy to stick to permanently.
Detox and Meditation Julia will teach you meditation for self healing and rejuvenation. Julia will also guide you in a detox so that you develop the practical knowledge of how to slip back into your youthening practice after something may have gotten you off course like vacation, holidays, or major life changes.
Sex and Youthening Sex is a key element of youthening that is often ignored. Julia will teach you how to care for your breast. She will also reveal how sexual energy can be used for youthening, as well as solve problems of dryness, laxity, low libido. After having many children, Julia shares how she has solved many issues for herself that impede sexual vigor.
