Program is built for 1500-1200 calories a day.
Plant based and will incorporate the foods and food pairing to repair autoimmunity, cognitive loss, hormone imbalance.
Last year, we included a weekly group program to facilitate the program and help you learn to eat in ways that support ultimate health. We will continue the weekly groups in person and via Zoom on Thursdays.
This year due to the benefit of our new space yoga and guest speakers are scheduled throughout the month to support your reset. These classes are complimentary with the program. (For the yoga sessions, there will be a refundable deposit on your reservation - class size is limited and no-shows prevent other clients from participating.)
The program begins January 2nd and will run for four weeks.
