The Optimized Meal Plan is an interactive plan that will take you to your goal, help work through plateaus, and teach you how to eat for your best long term health and weight maintenance.

You can choose a five day or six day program. We recommend the six day program initially for the fastest results. You will receive three high protein meals a day.
Plan guide:
jolieLife classic: For those with moderate exercise levels - less than 7 hours of vigorous exercise per week.
jolieLife +: recommended for men and those with greater than 7 hours of vigorous exercise per week OR if desiring to maintain a weight of 175 pounds or greater.
*Nutritionally designed plant based diets contain all necessary amino acids to meet all your protein needs.
Note on modifications for nut and/or seed allergy clients: we consider a sensitivity to any nut or seed as a sensitivity to ALL nuts and seeds, so you cannot opt for some nuts and not others. Please bare in mind we are NOT a nut free kitchen.
All meals are prepared in our kitchen which uses nuts.
