Jolie x The Shape of You Spa: Lymphatic Drainage Workshop

Join us for a hands-on experience that will leave you feeling lighter, more energized, and deeply connected to your body. In this collaborative workshop, you'll learn the science, benefits, and rituals behind lymphatic drainage—and walk away with a powerful routine to support your wellness journey from the inside out.
We’ll explore facial and body techniques that help reduce inflammation, support digestion, improve skin clarity, and enhance your natural detox pathways.
What to Know:
✨ Wear sporty clothes – ideally shorts and a sports bra or something that gives us skin access. (You can arrive layered up for comfort—we’ll be using oils for our hands-on massage work.)
✨ No makeup – we’ll be doing a full facial lymphatic massage.
✨ Hydration is key – plan to drink at least 2L of water the day of.
✨ Bring your tools – if you have a lymphatic paddle or dry brush, bring it along! Don’t worry if not—our Lymphatic Essentials Kits will be available for purchase at the event.
