Meditation sometimes feels like eating your greens. You know you should do it, you will feel great for doing it, but other things on you plate are calling you.
Meditation doesn’t have to be a commitment. You don’t need special equipment or a lot of time. It is in essence sitting and being with yourself. If you can control your breath or visualize during the time with yourself, great, but otherwise you are still doing it.
