My passion, since I can remember, centered on health, learning, and inspiring. Taking different forms throughout my life, but the thread remains broken.
I always wanted to live gracefully and fully - as a student, a woman, and especially as a mom of seven. Gardening, then cooking and nutrition are what kept me fired up, grounded, and full of energy. My mind, ever curious, has led me to dive deep into the science of longevity, wellness, and health. Because of this, I have enjoyed abundant health and have not lost the connection with my center despite chaos. My body, ever changing, led me to master weight loss and repair. I created jolie as a mother, teacher, chef, and gardener who wished to create a company to help people live better, live happier, and live in joy. The food is the cornerstone - artfully done with the highest quality ingredients and technique rooted in French cooking. I am super proud of the farmers who supply us with seasonal, sustainably raised vegetables, chickens, and cows. I am eternally grateful for the healing powers - locked within the foods - that are so generously shared with us when we nourish ourselves with plants. Welcome to jolie - the beautiful life!
