More about me: I went to Harvard, undergrad, and Columbia for grad school. I speak Russian fluently. I homeschooled. I have homebirthed, water birthed, and hospital birthed fully medicated. I nursed forever, pumped, tandem nursed, adoptive nursed. I was a professional gardener. Coco Chanel and St. Rose of Lima are my inspiration. I have gained and lost weight. I read a lot. I love to dance. I went to the French Culinary Institute. I look amazing. I have a lot of kids. I am a recreational exerciser. I grow over 300 antique roses. I have tons of certificates in nutrition, wellness, and women. I have a fabulous eye for decorating and fashion. I have a great relationship with my kids-they are my cheerleaders as I am theirs. I take time for me. I love a long bath. I eat mainly vegetables, fruit, and fish. I love life. I am always learning -- there is always more!
Since I can remember health, learning, and creating have been my passion. Taking different forms throughout my life, but the thread of which has never broken.
Throughout my life I have always wanted to live gracefully and fully. When having my seven children, I wanted to sink deep into the experience of womanhood. Gardening and cooking have been gateways to healing - both by bringing me into contact with energies larger than me and through the actual herbs and food I grew and cooked.
My mind, ever curious, has led me to dive deep into the science of longevity, wellness, and health. Because of this, I have enjoyed abundant health and have not lost the connection with my center despite a the vicissitudes of life.
I created jolie as a mother, teacher, chef, and gardener who wished to create a company to help people live better, live happier, and live in joy. The food is the cornerstone - artfully done with the highest quality ingredients and technique rooted in French cooking. I am super proud of the farmers who supply us with seasonal, sustainably raised vegetables, chickens, and cows. I am eternally grateful for the healing powers - locked within the foods - that are so generously shared with us when we nourish ourselves with plants.
I am grateful to be able to work one on one with clients because I am a teacher. I love to guide others to themselves. Clients unlock their own lives - to create them as they wish to live them. We all can do it, but, unfortunately, we are not taught how. With guidance, support, and encouragement I have seen clients heal aspects of their lives they never thought see wholeness.
Lastly, I am thankful for the privilege to care for women bearing children. I huge part of my life was spent deep in motherhood. To assist others in this most powerful time is unspeakable joy.
Welcome to jolie - the beautiful life!
