ORDER CONFIRMATIONUpon submitting your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the details of your jolie LIFE cleanse and/or product order.
CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND CREDITS. Once your order is confirmed there are no refunds. If you need to change or cancel your order, you must notify us at least 72 hours prior to your start date in order to apply your credit towards another cleanse date. For example, if you are scheduled for a Monday start date, you must inform us of changes by 9am Friday. We will give you a credit to use at any available time in the following 6-month period. We do not offer refunds or credit for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to your start date. We also do not offer refunds or credit if you cancel during your cleanse.
