Optimized Meal Plan: 2 weeks or 4 weeks
The Optimized Meal Plan is an interactive plan that will take you to your goal, help work through plateaus, and teach you how to eat for your best long term health and weight maintenance. The OMP plan is scheduled in increments of two and four weeks.
You can choose a five day or six day program. We recommend the six day program initially for the fastest results. You will receive three high protein meals a day.
With your program you are offered support via email and a planning session with Julia.
Plan customization guide:
jolieLife classic: For those with moderate exercise levels - less than 7 hours of vigorous exercise per week.
jolieLife +: For those with greater than 7 hours of vigorous exercise per week OR if desiring to maintain a weight of 175 pounds or greater.
*All meals will contain some protein from plants. Additional protein is added based on the selection you make below.
