It serves 4-5 Avo-Coco Probiotic Pudding 2 avocados ripe, peeled with seed removed 1/4 c. coconut oil 1 T vanilla 3 T almond butter 1/4 c. maple syrup 1 ½ c. raw cacao powder 1/3 to 1/2 c. water 3 T protein powder 1 probiotic capsule Raspberries Cacao nibs 1. In a high speed blender, blend avocado, coconut oil, and vanilla till smooth. 2. Add in almond butter, maple syrup, raw cacao, water, protein powder, and probiotic powder.
