When people ask how I teach meditation, I explain to them my very results driven approach to meditation.
In private meditation consultations, or My Meditation as I refer to it, I choose the mediation that is aligned with the client's goals. Meditation is not a one size fits all prescription - I want clients to see results, so we use the meditation suited to their needs.
To encourage your home practice, here are three types of meditation I use most often.
